Meet Patrick Cappa, 1990 Alumnus. He began his journey in the hospitality industry at Metropolitan Hotels before moving on to Park Hyatt Toronto, and eventually becoming the General Manager at the Hyatt Regency. Patrick then accepted a position at Casino Rama as Vice President of Resort Operations and stayed for 10 years. Today, he is the General Manager of the 201 room Omni King Edward Hotel. Meet Frank Campo, 2001 alumnus. He started his career as a Front Office Manager for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He then moved on to work at The Sutton Place Hotel and the Hyatt Hotel-Thompson Toronto. Presently he is the General Manager of the Novotel Toronto Centre. Meet Jonathan Holliwell, 1999 alumnus. After graduating from Ryerson University, he became the Assistant Front Office Manager at the Fairmont Royal York. He then became Director of Rooms at the Delta Chelsea Hotel for about 4 years. In 2015, Jonathan became the Canada East Region Area Director of Operations for Marriott Hotels where he oversaw operations of 29 managed properties. Currrently, he is the General Manager for the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. We congratulate you on all of your achievements Jonathan! This is the #HTMAlumniJourney. #HTMRyerson #RHAA
